Entrepreneurial Incentives!

So, as I'm reading a section in my Small Business Management book on Entrepreneurial Incentives I come across a statistic that self-employed entrepreneurs are four times more likely to be millionaires than those who work for someone. I am, no doubt, highly motivated by this prospect of making money. But more importantly to me is having the independence and flexibility of being my own boss and being able to work from home while spending more time with my family.  Though spending time with the family will come with patience and determination to making my business happen.  I know that it will be satisfying when my dreams of owning a business doing something that I love come true!!

The Idea!

Peter Drucker wrote, "Even if you are starting your business on a kitchen table, you must have a vision of  becoming a world leader in your field, or you will probably never be successful."

In my case I started making bows on a desk in my room.  Initially I started making the bows for my daughter who loves girlie stuff. When I saw my finished product I was amazed on how cute the bows turned out and how easy it was to make them. So, I put some ideas together and figured I would sell these adorable hair accessories.

Now I get to contribute to the household income by doing something I love and enjoy!
